Kingsley Plantation Paddle NOTE
Northeast Florida offers thousands of acres of tranquil inland marshes, secluded sandy beaches, and winding bike trails to explore on one of our many guided kayaking, biking, or stand up paddle board Eco Tour. All guided kayak tours are beginner friendly and are planned with the tide, to ensure a fun, safe, and relaxing adventure. Average tours are 3 hours long - pre-trip instruction then about 2 hours of paddling with a break mid trip for a snack (and swim on most tours). Professional naturalists and guides guarantee to dazzle you with their charming personalities, extensive knowledge of the eco system, and share stories of local history.
Explore the park's off road trails on a Segway. One($75) and two ($95) hour tours available. After a short practice lesson your naturalist guide will lead you thru the maritime forest and share the stories of natural and human history.
Create your own adventure from our location in Talbot Islands State Park. We supply the kayak or canoe, PFD's, paddles and map. There is a wide array of sandy beaches where you can picnic and swim. Depending on the tide and weather, we will make suggestions on the most scenic, leisurely, and safest routes to take.
You can now rent bikes either at our downtown Fernandina Beach office, 4 North 2nd St. (across from Palace Saloon) or the Talbot Island State Park office. Rentals are $7/hr, $20/day.
